1. Purpose

This Careers Privacy Notice describes how Innovative Strategic Technologies LLC (“I.S.T”) collects, uses, stores and discloses information from candidates who interact with our careers pages, apply to roles, or join our talent pool.

2. Information we collect

– Provided by you: name, contact information, country, role of interest, CV/resume (PDF/DOC/DOCX up to 5 MB), cover letter, links (LinkedIn, portfolio, GitHub), expected compensation, availability, work preferences, and consent records. – Collected automatically: IP address, browser/device type, timestamps, and limited security signals (e.g., hCaptcha) for spam and abuse prevention.

3. Why we collect it

– To assess your interest and qualifications for current or future roles. – To communicate with you about the application or potential opportunities. – To maintain a talent pool (only if you opt in). – To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations. – To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

– Performance of pre-contractual steps at your request. – Legitimate interest in operating a careers programme. – Consent (e.g. for talent pool retention beyond the standard period). – Legal obligation (record-keeping, compliance).

5. Sharing and disclosures

– Service providers (hosting, email, security, captcha) under confidentiality. – Authorized I.S.T personnel evaluating applications. – Legal and regulatory authorities where required by law. – Successors in the event of corporate transactions, with equivalent protection. – We do not sell candidate data.

6. International transfers

Data may be transferred outside your jurisdiction (including the United States) for processing. We rely on appropriate safeguards.

7. Storage and security

– CV files are stored in a private, access-restricted directory and accessed only via short-lived, authenticated links by authorized I.S.T personnel. – Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are applied. No system is fully secure.

8. Retention

Application data is retained for up to 18 months from submission. If you opt into the talent pool, retention extends until you withdraw consent or for an additional period as described at opt-in.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to processing of your data. Submit requests via /data-request.
